ATEX2014/34/EU and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The company has passed ISO9001, CE/GS, ATEX, CCS and other
related certifications.
The product explosion-proof level can reach: Ex II 2GD c IIC T4 IIIC
T135˚C.
Suitable for potential explosive atmospheres or dusty environments.
Area: Zone 1&2 (gas), Zone 21&22 (dust).
The whole product is equipped with anti-spark coating, and the brake
device is completely protested to prevent foreign matter from entering.
Overload limiter, special marine storage chain bag, stainless steel lifting
chain are optional.
Note: It is the responsibility of the user to determine the type of
explosion protection area.

Application:

The explosion-proof manual hoist are intended for vertical lifting and lowering

freely suspended loads in hazardous areas. In combination with trolleys, the loads

can be moved horizontally.

The products are suitable for using in hazardous areas of zone 1, zone2(gas) .

The permissible ambient temperature range is -20℃. . . + 60℃.

The products must only be used exclusively for the intended applications in accordance with the technical documentation and the information on

the rating plates. Intended use presupposes correct transport, storage, assembly, commissioning, testing, maintenance and repair in Offshore

platforms(oil&gas), oil refineries, chemical plants, waste water treatment, paint shops, gas power plants, printing factory, etc.
